Three weeks ago, Mackenzie received an invitation to apply for National Junior Honor Society. She had already met the scholarship requirement but needed to show proof of community service, citizenship, and community involvement. We completed the application and waited anxiously for two weeks. On Friday, she received her acceptance letter. We are so proud of her!
She will be inducted into membership at a formal induction ceremony on March 31st. Time for her to go shopping for a new dress :)
