Ring of Kerry

We set out from Kenmare to drive the Ring of Kerry. The views were breathtaking and for every picture we took, it seemed a better picture was just around the bend. In the morning we visited a stone fort dating back to several hundred years BC.

Yes they have beaches in Ireland! This beach boasts the warmest waters in Ireland. It only felt like about 50 degrees.

We encountered sheep on the road, stunning vistas, and actually some surfers (in wet suits).

We took a car ferry and drove to our next destination, Dingle. Dingle boasts the most pubs (over 50) per capita (1 for every 32 people) in all of Ireland. We are staying at a B&B that looks out over Dingle town, Dingle Bay, and the Ring of Kerry.
