Bieber Fever

Mackenzie and I where able to attend the sold-out Justin Bieber Concert in Fort Lauderdale. We dropped Mason off at dad's office in the early afternoon and headed across the alley, just us two girls. We stopped in Forest Ridge to visit our previous neighbor, Radeen. She still keeps a picture of Mackenzie as a toddler on her shelf even though we moved away over nine years ago.

After Radeen's house, we headed over to the concert site to have dinner with a former co-worker and good family friend, Emily. We tried a new restaurant, Grand Lux Cafe. The decor was beautiful and the food was excellent.

Finally, it was time for the concert to begin. The opening acts were Jessica Jarrell and Sean Kingston followed by Justin Bieber who performed a very exciting show. I enjoyed the video clip of Justin as a kid and the history of how he was discovered on youtube. Mackenzie enjoyed the lasers and special effects. We were sad to see it end and will always remember it as Mackenzie's first concert.
