Matters of the Heart (and feet)
We made our annual trek to Fort Myers for Mason's echo-cardiogram and EKG. I am truly amazed as time goes on how much easier these appointments have become. In the past, it was so difficult to get Mason to sit still for such a long period of time. Mason got a clean bill of health and doesn't need to have another exam for two more years.
Since we had to drive to Fort Myers anyway, we decided to leave Naples early and have lunch at Chuck-E-Cheese. Every time we go, they have something new. This time it was a fresh cotton candy maker. How cool is that!

We made it back to Naples in time for the Summer Run for Fun awards ceremony. This is the sixth consecutive year that Mason has participated. Congrats Mason!

- We are the NaplesMorgans and we have a dog (Wagner) who is 7, and he is a Chinese Crested Powder Puff, not the hairless but the double coated kind. Mason is 13, and he is a big fan of basketball and football. I work as a technology teacher at a local elementary school. Darin has his own business called Ascendant Wealth Management. Mackenzie is 16, and she loves to spend her time practicing for drumline and watching movies.
