Are you a betting man (or woman)?
Want to place a wager? Will our house be ready by August 1st? I am betting "no". More than likely it won't be ready until I return to work. I believe you call that Murphy's Law. Even though I don't think it will be ready I must admit that the builder is making a lot of progress.
