Four years ago today the sweetest chinese crested powerpuff puppy was born. He lived in the North Pole until Santa delivered him to our house on Christmas Eve in 2006. In honor of Wagner's birthday, we had Blue Bell's newest flavor "Cake and Ice Cream" for dessert.
