The Lancaster
After weeks of patiently waiting, we are finally seeing some action on our residential lot.

Mackenzie is waving from what will eventually become our front door.

Like any typical nine year old boy, Mason enjoys the large piles of dirt. We rode our bikes over tonight to survey the progress and met our neighbor. He is the president of the homeowner's association. I don't know, it that a good thing or bad???

So, the countdown begins. We were told by the builder that we will be "in" by August 1st. We shall see!

Cody Simpson
Mackenzie and a friend were able to score some inexpensive tickets to the Cody Simpson concert this past Sunday. By now, you might asking "who is Cody Simpson"? Well, Cody Robert Simpson (born 11 January 1997) is an Australian pop/R&B singer-songwriter from Gold Coast, Queensland.
Before heading across alligator alley to attend the concert, Mackenzie and her friend decorated their own concert t-shirts. While at the concert the girls had a great time! Mackenzie was even able to have her picture taken with Cody Simpson's sister.

Opening Reception
Today, we had the honor of attending the opening reception of the Naples Museum of Art's 3rd Annual Student Exhibition. Mason was one of six students chosen from his elementary school. We received an official invitation along with admission tickets. Over 300 works of art were on display from all K-12 schools in Collier county. If you are interested in attending, the exhibit will last until May 15th.

Mason's art teacher, Mr. Saladino, was there for the opening reception as well.

Of course Mason's favorite part, other than viewing the amazing student works of art, was the dessert buffet.

Welcome
- The Naples Morgans
- We are the NaplesMorgans and we have a dog (Wagner) who is 7, and he is a Chinese Crested Powder Puff, not the hairless but the double coated kind. Mason is 13, and he is a big fan of basketball and football. I work as a technology teacher at a local elementary school. Darin has his own business called Ascendant Wealth Management. Mackenzie is 16, and she loves to spend her time practicing for drumline and watching movies.
